Termination / Access Restriction
Piedmont Construction reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in North Carolina.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Piedmont Construction as a result of this agreement. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still be in full effect.

Unless stated otherwise, this agreement is the entire agreement between you and Piedmont Construction regarding the Site. A printed version shall be admissible in legal proceedings.

Changes to Terms
